DMCA Copyright Policy

Zupify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Zupify service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on Zupify infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other information sufficient to locate it on Zupify.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

Only DMCA notices should be sent to this agent. Other inquiries will not receive a response through this channel.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Zupify may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
Zupify will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please consider this before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
