To keep Zupify safe and legal, the following items may not be listed. This list is not exhaustive — anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction is also prohibited.

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives
• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription medications
• Tobacco, vapes, and alcohol
• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or items infringing intellectual property
• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally
• Recalled items
• Live animals or regulated wildlife products (ivory, fur, etc.)
• Human remains, bodily fluids, or body parts
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or items glorifying violence
• Adult/pornographic material
• Hazardous materials
• Financial instruments, gift cards from unauthorized resellers
• Government IDs, uniforms, or licenses

Listings that violate this policy will be removed and may result in account suspension.
