Buyer protection
If an item arrives significantly not as described, damaged, or never arrives, open a dispute within 3 days of delivery (or 14 days from purchase if it never arrives) and we'll help resolve it.
Seller policies
Sellers may set their own return policy on each listing (final sale, 7-day returns, etc.). Buyer protection rules above still apply to misrepresented items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
If a return is approved due to seller error or misrepresentation, the seller pays return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer pays.
