Shipping Policy
For sellers listing items on Zupify. Last updated June 2026. Zupify currently ships within the United States only — all prices are listed in USD.
Sellers are responsible for accurate package details
Shipping rates shown to buyers are calculated live from the weight, dimensions, and ship-from ZIP you provide. If those values are incorrect, USPS or UPS will reweigh and remeasure the package on pickup and bill the difference back to you — the seller. Buyers are never charged adjustment fees.
Weight
Weight is required for every shipped listing. Enter the total packaged weight (item + box + padding) in pounds and ounces. If the carrier reweighs the package and finds a higher value, the difference in postage will be charged to your seller account.
Dimensions
Box dimensions are optional. If you skip them, we estimate dimensional weight conservatively, but carriers will measure the actual package. Any dimensional-weight surcharge from USPS or UPS is your responsibility. We strongly recommend entering accurate L × W × H for anything larger than a small parcel.
Live rate quotes
Buyers see live USPS and UPS rates at checkout, calculated from your ship-from ZIP to their destination ZIP. The buyer picks the service they want and pays that exact amount on top of the item price. You are paid the item price; the shipping amount is used to purchase the label.
Carrier adjustments
Common reasons for adjustments include: under-declared weight, missing or under-declared dimensions, oversize surcharge, residential delivery surcharge on commercial rates, and incorrect package type. Adjustments are passed through at cost — Zupify does not add a markup.
Disputing an adjustment
If you believe a carrier adjustment is incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your label number and any supporting photos. We'll open a case with USPS or UPS on your behalf.
